Scenario #1-
I believe that her fourth amendment was violated by him looking for the bomb for no apparent reason and ultimately seizing it.
Scenario #2-
I believe Sam Davis's first amendment was violated in the process of them shutting down his town meeting. He may have started the riot but that does not mean he participated in it, the crowd may have just reacted to what he had to say. Ultimately he has the right to speak his mind and he took all of the proper steps before holding the meeting.
Scenario #3-
I would say her situation falls under the ninth amendment because she has the right to remain in her house. Regardless of the situation with the roads.
Scenario #4-
I do not believe any amendments were violated in this action made by the principle. It is obvious that the parents are just worried about what to do with their kids.
Scenario #5-
I believe his fifth and sixth amendment rights have been violated by the actions taken by police. They had no reason at all to arrest him besides speculation that he had done something to the guy's grandfather.
